What is Day Parting - How does it work?

Day Parting enables you route/direct your number to different destinations, depending on the time of day and the day of the week.

There are 2 types of day parting available - Simple (3 day mode) and advanced (7 day mode). If you want to route you calls in the same way Monday to Friday, you will need to set up Simple day parting. If you want each working day to be different, you will need the Advanced day parting. 

The costs for both the Simple and Advanced Day Parting are as follows:
£9.95 one off setup fee
£2.50 per month 

To create a Simple or Advanced Day Parting, you would select the number, routeplan, or voicemail that you want to chose in the destination number within the day parting tab of your online account, and then dragging the colour against it in to the day/ times of day blocks on the left. 

You can purchase the day parting feature in your online account. Once set up, you would then just need to activate it in the ‘manage number’ section.
