How can I reactivate my numbers?

Last updated by Lauren Walker on October 05, 2017 10:33

If your number(s) have been cancelled due to unpaid bills, you can reactivate it/them at a cost of £25 per number.

This fee may be negotiable if you need to reactivate 3 or more numbers.

Once a number has been deactivated for more than 6 months, it will be made available to all customers and could potentially be selected by you at the set up cost appropriate to the number (if your account is still open and has no money outstanding).

If your numbers have been suspended due to non payment, you can pay a fee of £8 per number to get them reactivated once any outstanding balance has been paid, however if your number was suspended over 3 months ago, it is likely to have been deactivated and you would be liable for a reactivation fee of £25 per number.
