You will need to click on the number management section in your online account, or follow this link:
Once in number management, you will see a list of numbers you have with us.
Next to each of these numbers, there is a box. Within this box is the number that your calls are currently routing to.
If you would like to change this, type in a new number and click save. This normally takes immediate effect.
Note: If you are attempting to point it through to a different type of number you may need to purchase a feature for this to work ie Mobile Routing, International Routing etc.

If you need to reset your password, please enter either your username or one of the phone numbers you have with us (eg 0845 xxx xxxx) into the field found here: https://www.barritel.com/lostpassword.php
This must be a number that is on your account. A password reset link will then be sent to the primary email address(es) we have on file for you.
