I am being charged for calls that should be free/ I don't appear to be getting all my inclusive minutes?

If it looks like you are not getting all your inclusive minutes, and are therefore being charged for calls you believe should be free, the best way for us to check is to do a tariff review for you. 

This will highlight how many minutes of calls are being pointed through your number and to which destination. Some types of call can fully come out of your inclusive minutes and some can only partly come out of your inclusive minutes. 

A tariff review will help determine what you are getting free and what you are being charged for.

Note: If you have an 080 number with us, and calls are being generated from a mobile this will affect your inclusive minutes.
