How do I add an Announcement?

To add the announcement feature, you will need to log in to your online account, and click on the 'Number Management' section. 

From there, you will see your number with a + symbol to the right of it. 

Click on the + symbol, and it will list the available features on your number. 

Select 'Announcements' and follow the prompts to purchase it. 

Once purchased, please provide the file that you would like us to upload in MP3 or WAV if you are recording it, or please provide the wording and whether you would like the message in a male or female voice if we are recording it for you. 

We will then raise a manual invoice for the recording/upload fee, as appropriate, which will need to be paid prior to the announcement being uploaded to your account.
