You will need to click on the number management section in your online account, or follow this link:
Once in number management, you will see a list of numbers you have with us.
Next to each of these numbers there is a box. Within this box is the number that your calls are currently routing to.
If you would like to change this, type in a new number and click save. This normally takes immediate effect.
Note: If you are attempting to point it through to a different type of number you may need to purchase a feature for this to work ie Mobile Routing, International Routing etc.
